Tills\u00e4tt salt och peppar. Tillaga 2-3 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida. R\u00f6r s\u00e5 lite som m\u00f6jligt i fisken under tillagningen. H\u00e5ll ett \u00f6ga p\u00e5 den, fisken ska ha en rosa mitt.
