Sciogliere met\u00e0 del burro, aggiungere gli scalogni e farli soffriggere nel burro. La cipolla deve affondare solo un po', non deve dorare, quindi assicuratevi di stare vicino alla padella.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Aggiungere lo champagne e cuocere a fuoco medio fino a quando la met\u00e0 non sar\u00e0 rimasta<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Aggiungere il brodo di pesce e cuocere fino a ridurlo alla met\u00e0.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Aggiungere la panna e cuocere delicatamente fino ad ottenere una salsa omogenea.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Filtrare la salsa attraverso un setaccio a maglie fini e aggiungere il resto del burro con una frusta.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Mettere da parte.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>\u00a0<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                <\/ul><\/div><\/section><section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Patate di Hasselb\u00e4ck<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Preriscaldare il forno a 225 gradi. Preparate una teglia o una pirofila. Sbucciare le patate e tagliare la parte inferiore in modo che siano completamente piatte.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Sciogliere il burro e ungere lo stampo.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Tagliare le patate a fettine sottili, ma non fino in fondo, vedi foto.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Disporre le patate nello stampo, spennellare bene con il burro, condire con sale, pepe e paprika.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Cuocere le patate al centro del forno per 45-60 minuti, a seconda del forno. Le patate devono assumere un bel colore dorato scuro.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>\u00a0<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                <\/ul><\/div><\/section><section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Fagioli asparagi<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Tagliare i fagioli. Farli bollire rapidamente per 2 minuti. Sciacquarli in acqua fredda per mantenere il colore.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Al momento di servire, irrorare i fagioli con olio e limone.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                <\/ul><\/div><\/section><section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Salmone Fr\u00f8ya<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Tagliare il salmone in porzioni.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Friggere a fuoco medio-alto per 2-3 minuti su ogni lato. Il pesce dovrebbe avere il centro rosa.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Sale e pepe.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>\u00a0<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                <\/ul><\/div><\/section><section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Servire:<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Quando tutto \u00e8 pronto, disporre il pesce, le patate e i fagioli su un piatto riscaldato. Riscaldare delicatamente la salsa prima di servire.
