Dividere la barbabietola in barchette. Mettere il tutto in una casseruola con un po' di olio d'oliva e cuocere a fuoco lento per 3-4 minuti.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Versare \u00bd litro di brodo vegetale e cuocere fino a quando la barbabietola \u00e8 tenera.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Utilizzare un frullatore a mano e frullare fino a ottenere una purea omogenea. Aggiungere la creme fraiche, un po' di succo di limone e il timo tritato finemente. Aggiustare di sale e pepe.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                <\/ul><\/div><\/section><section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Patate smerlate<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Lavare e asciugare le patate. Tagliatele a fette uniformi e sottili, ma solo quasi fino in fondo. Un trucco \u00e8 quello di mettere delle bacchette accanto alla patata, una per lato.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Disporre le patate in una pirofila. Spennellare le patate con olio d'oliva e condire con sale e pepe macinato. Aggiungete pure le erbe aromatiche tra un piatto e l'altro.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>3.Mettere una noce di burro su ogni patata e infornare le patate a 210 gradi per circa 30 minuti. Le patate sono pronte quando sono completamente tenere, con una superficie croccante e dorata. Tagliare il finocchio a fette sottili e arrostirlo insieme alle patate per gli ultimi 5 minuti.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Distribuire la purea di barbabietola sul piatto. Disporre sopra i pezzi di salmone.
