M\u00e9langer la poudre avec le sel et le sucre.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Saupoudrer la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange de sel dans un moule, dans une bande o\u00f9 se trouvera le saumon. Placez le saumon sur le m\u00e9lange de sel. Saupoudrez le reste du m\u00e9lange sur le saumon. Frottez d\u00e9licatement le saumon avec le m\u00e9lange pour qu'il soit uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parti.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">R\u00e2per le zeste de citron sur le saumon et placer des brins d'aneth sur le dessus.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Couvrir le saumon avec du film alimentaire. Placer le moule au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Retirez le papier d'aluminium et s\u00e9chez bien le saumon avec du papier absorbant.
