{"id":11121,"date":"2023-03-14T10:25:09","date_gmt":"2023-03-14T09:25:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.froyasalmon.no\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=11121"},"modified":"2025-01-29T13:29:52","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T12:29:52","slug":"pho_med_froyalaks","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/froyasalmon.com\/fr\/recettes\/pho_med_froyalaks\/","title":{"rendered":"Pho avec Fr\u00f8yalaks"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Faites ceci :<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Hacher finement les \u00e9chalotes et l'ail.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Mettre dans une casserole moyenne et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'oignon soit brillant.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>\u00c9plucher la couche ext\u00e9rieure de la citronnelle et r\u00e2per finement 2 \u00e0 3 cm de la partie inf\u00e9rieure.\nVerser dans la marmite l'eau, l'anis \u00e9toil\u00e9, la sauce hoisin, la sauce de poisson et le soja.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser mijoter pendant environ 10 minutes.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Nettoyer et couper les champignons en tranches et les ajouter \u00e0 la soupe.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Couper le saumon en fines tranches.
