A continuaci\u00f3n, enfr\u00ede la pimienta y eche los granos en un molinillo de pimienta (opcional).<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Partir el pan de centeno en trozos peque\u00f1os y mezclarlo con un poco de aceite de colza y sal. Colocarlo en una fuente de horno y hornearlo durante unos 10 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9 ligeramente crujiente.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Picar finamente la cebolla roja y cortar un lim\u00f3n en gajos.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Cortar el salm\u00f3n en lonchas finas y disponerlas en un plato. Moler la pimienta y espolvorear con el pan de centeno y la cebolla.
