{"id":11111,"date":"2023-12-05T10:07:30","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T09:07:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.froyasalmon.no\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=11111"},"modified":"2025-04-03T11:06:55","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T09:06:55","slug":"salmon_con_chutney_de_naranja-romero-y-pure-de-boniato-gratinado","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/froyasalmon.com\/es\/recetas\/salmon_con_chutney_de_naranja-romero-y-pure-de-boniato-gratinado\/","title":{"rendered":"Salm\u00f3n con chutney de naranja, romero y pur\u00e9 de boniato gratinado"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Haz esto:\n\nPoner el horno a 180c.<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Pelar los boniatos y cortarlos en dados grandes.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Picar finamente la cebolla y el ajo y cocer a fuego lento en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva durante un par de minutos.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>A\u00f1adir las patatas a la sart\u00e9n y verter agua hasta cubrirlas, a\u00f1adir una pastilla de caldo y cocer hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Escurrir el agua y triturar junto con 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, 1 cucharada de romero finamente picado y el zumo de 1\u20442 naranja. Sazone al gusto con sal y pimienta.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Repartir en cuatro moldes peque\u00f1os (o uno grande si se prefiere) y espolvorear con parmesano rallado y un poco de aceite de oliva.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Hornear el gratinado en la rejilla central del horno durante 8-10 minutos y encender el grill durante los \u00faltimos minutos.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Partir el filete de salm\u00f3n por la mitad y untarlo con la mermelada de naranja, sal y pimienta. Corta 1\u20442 naranja en gajos y fr\u00edelos junto con el salm\u00f3n.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Hornear el pescado a unos 180\u00b0C durante unos 10 minutos, dependiendo del grosor del pescado. El salm\u00f3n debe tener un centro ligeramente rosado. El tiempo depende del grosor del pescado y de lo rosado que quiera que quede el centro. No dude en tomar una muestra al azar por el camino. Picar las avellanas y tostarlas en una sart\u00e9n seca.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Cocer los esp\u00e1rragos al vapor en una cacerola con agua, sal y un poco de aceite de oliva durante unos 2 minutos.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Sirve el salm\u00f3n acompa\u00f1ado de patatas gratinadas, gajos de naranja al horno, esp\u00e1rragos y avellanas tostadas.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Por \u00faltimo, rociar con un poco de aceite de oliva y decorar con un poco de romero.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                <\/ul><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":11112,"parent":0,"template":"","tags":[],"class_list":["post-11111","recipe","type-recipe","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","recipe_category-middag"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
