Dividir la remolacha en botes. Poner todo en una cacerola con un poco de aceite de oliva y cocer a fuego lento durante 3-4 minutos.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Verter \u00bd litro de caldo de verduras y cocer hasta que la remolacha est\u00e9 tierna.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Utilizar una batidora de mano y batir hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 suave. A\u00f1ada la nata l\u00edquida, un poco de zumo de lim\u00f3n y tomillo finamente picado. Sazone al gusto con sal y pimienta.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                <\/ul><\/div><\/section><section class='wp-block-froya-steps'><div class='content'><header class='steps-title'>Patatas fritas<\/header><ul>\n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Lavar y secar las patatas. C\u00f3rtalas en rodajas finas y uniformes, pero s\u00f3lo hasta casi el final. Un truco es poner palillos junto a la patata, uno a cada lado.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Colocar las patatas en una fuente de horno. Unte las patatas con aceite de oliva y saz\u00f3nelas con sal y pimienta molida. Si\u00e9ntase libre de a\u00f1adir hierbas en el medio.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>3.Poner una nuez de mantequilla en cada patata y hornear las patatas a 210 grados durante unos 30 minutos. Las patatas estar\u00e1n listas cuando est\u00e9n completamente tiernas, con una superficie crujiente y dorada. 4.Cortar el hinojo en rodajas finas y asarlo junto con las patatas durante los \u00faltimos 5 minutos.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Untar el plato con el pur\u00e9 de remolacha. Colocar encima los trozos de salm\u00f3n.
