Cut the salmon into large cubes suitable for grilling. Place the salmon in the marinade and refrigerate. Place the skewers in water. Then get ready to prepare the bulgur salad:<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">When the bulgur has cooked, pour it off into a colander.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Roughly chop the tomatoes and cucumber. Finely chop spring onion. Place it in a colander so that all the moisture runs out.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Chop parsley and mint<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the lemon, oil, salt and pepper.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Now get out the skewers. Thread on the salmon pieces and roll on the grill until the fish is lightly pink inside. Serve with bulgur and garnish with pomegranate.
