Dip each piece first in the egg white, then in the sesame mixture. Place in the fridge.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Fry the coconut in a dry pan until golden.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Peel and roughly mash the mango with a hand blender and mix in the juice from a quarter of a lime<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Cut the bok choi in half and fry it in neutral oil in a fluted grill pan. If you're using lettuce, do the same with it. Remove it from the pan as soon as you see the golden grooves.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Fry the fish on a medium-high heat, the fish should have a raw centre.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>When the rice is ready, pour over the toasted coconut<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Add the fish and bok choi. Serve the rice and mango in a bowl on the side (see photo).
