Place half of the mixture in a glass mould. Place the fish on top and then put the rest of the mixture on the fish. Cover the mould tightly with plastic and put it in the fridge overnight.\n\nWhen you are ready to prepare the fish for serving:<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Rinse the fish, but keep the marinade. Dry the fish with kitchen paper<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Slice the cucumber with a cheese slicer and place on kitchen paper to absorb the moisture<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Slice the fish thinly into lengths<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Place on a plate with currants, cucumber salad and drizzle with oil.
