Set aside while the mixture cools.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Cut the cucumber into small cubes and thinly slice the fennel. Pour over the cooled<br>vinegar brine<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat with a little oil, cut the salmon into portions and season with salt and pepper.
