Cut into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan to approx. 160 g. Deep-fry the parsnip until golden, drain on paper towels. Feel free to sprinkle with sea salt. If you prefer leek, the procedure is the same.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Cut the apple into small 0.5 cm cubes and mix with Fr\u00f8ya's \"Wasabi mayo\". Mash the avocado with a fork. Mix in a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper.\nCut the salmon into small pieces.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Layer the avocado, apple mixture and salmon in 4 small glasses. Top with parsnip chips and a sprinkle of cress.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Feel free to use chips with sea salt if you don't want to fry the parsnips.
