It should boil down before you add more. Continue doing this until you have used up all the liquid (wine plus stock).<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>When all the stock is cooked down and the rice grains have the desired consistency - approx. 20 minutes, then add the peas and 1 tsp grated lemon zest<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Season with a little finely chopped thyme, salt and pepper.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Cut the salmon into 2\u00d72 cm cubes and stir them into the rice.
