Dann den Pfeffer abk\u00fchlen lassen und die Pfefferk\u00f6rner in eine Pfefferm\u00fchle geben (optional).<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Das Roggenbrot in kleine St\u00fccke rei\u00dfen und mit etwas Raps\u00f6l und Salz vermischen, in eine Auflaufform geben und im Ofen etwa 10 Minuten backen, bis es leicht knusprig ist.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Die rote Zwiebel fein hacken und eine Zitrone in Spalten schneiden.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n                \n                <li class='wp-block-froya-steps-item'><label><input type='checkbox'\/><div class='richtext'>Den Lachs in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und auf einem Teller anrichten. Den Pfeffer mahlen und mit dem Roggenbrot und den Zwiebeln bestreuen.
