Das Pulver mit Salz und Zucker mischen.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Die H\u00e4lfte der Salzmischung in eine Form streuen,  in einem Streifen, auf dem der Fr\u00f8ya Lachs Loin liegen wird. Den Loin auf die Salzmischung legen. Den Rest der Mischung \u00fcber den Lachs streuen. Reiben Sie die Mischung vorsichtig in den Loin ein, damit sie gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt wird.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Reiben Sie die Zitronenschale \u00fcber den Loin und legen Sie den  Dillstrau\u00df darauf.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Den marinierten Lachs Loin mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken. Die Form f\u00fcr 2 Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/div><\/label><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-froya-steps-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\"\/><div class=\"richtext\">Die Folie entfernen und den Lachs mit Papiert\u00fcchern gut abtrocknen.
